* If they wish, participants are invited to bring their company's financial reports and data to analyze their own situation and apply the concepts learned during the day. The information will not be shared with the group and will be treated confidentially.
Approximately 2 of every 9 workers are estimated to suffer from a mental illness that potentially affects their work productivity, costing employers billions of dollars in absenteeism or sick days.
Facilitator Connie Robichaud will help participants identify adverse symptoms and learn techniques that improve mental health, enhancing relationships with employers, employees, customers, stakeholders, business colleagues and family members.
