Scott has over 10 years experience in the field of measurement, monitoring and evaluation. He had supported a wide range of organizations from social enterprises and community-based organizations, to government ministries and funded agencies.
He takes a pragmatic and thoughtful approach to the design and execution of his work, with a proven track record of tailoring projects to suit the needs of his clients. He has a wealth of experience designing measurement and evaluation approaches in ways that encourage active participation of staff and stakeholders, while building evaluation capacity throughout organizations.
A Credentialed Evaluator (designated by the Canadian Evaluation Society), Scott has an MA in International Law and Settlement of Disputes and an interdisciplinary BA in Human Rights and Criminology.
