Andy has over 20 years of professional experience in the areas of corporate law, entrepreneurship, business management, process improvement, strategic planning, and operational excellence. He has led professional and personal development workshops across Canada and the United States, and is a skilled facilitator, author, and certified change management practitioner.
Andy is the creator of The Whole PIE Business Management System™ designed to help small business owners reach higher levels of profit, impact, and enjoyment in their business. Andy created the Whole PIE System after observing how many businesses have a missing structure between their high-level strategy and their daily operations—resulting in a cycle of inefficiency, frustration, and unmet objectives.
Andy was born and raised in Fredericton, New Brunswick, and after studying and working across Canada for several years, returned to Fredericton in 2008 with his wife, Shelley (also a business owner), to raise their four children. Yes, that’s right…FOUR children! Who does that these days?
Andy is an active volunteer in the community, currently serving as Past Chair of the Fredericton Community Foundation and as a member of the Government Relations Committee of the Fredericton Chamber of Commerce. He is also the founder of an annual event that has raised over $100,000 for the IWK Health Foundation.
